Free drop off for LOCAL orders only [San Remo, Kilcunda, and Wonthaggi (Victoria)]

  • Standard shipping within Australian is calculated based off the weight of the item(s) or, if your order is over $100 (AU) - it's free! Simply apply code FREESHIP at the checkout.

  • All items ordered with a pre-order item(s) will be shipped together. If you would like to receive the item(s) separately, you must place the order separately however; if you have already placed the order and you would like to receive the item(s) that are in stock, please contact us at hello@natureinspired.au.

  • Nature Inspired is currently only shipping within Australia. We hope to introduce international shipping soon.

​​Generally, all orders are dispatched within 1 -3 business days. Nature Inspired delivers exclusively via registered mail with Australia Post, please see below for recommended delivery times:

For all orders going to VIC approx. 2 - 5 Business days.

For all orders going interstate approx. 3 - 10 Business days​​

** NOTE: Express post cannot be guaranteed as next day delivery due to our location in rural Victoria. Please check the Australia Post website for specific delivery times available to your postcode. ​

Nature Inspired will do the best it can to ensure your delivery reaches you in a timely manner. Please keep in mind that we are located in a small rural town and cannot be held liable for any postage delays, lost or damaged goods that might have occurred by our postage carriers or any person(s) that held your good once they leave Nature Inspired's head office. 

It is out of Nature Inspired's control if deliveries are held up due to public holidays, busy postal periods (i.e. Christmas), or when supplied with an incorrect postal address. 

Return Policy

Received something faulty? 

A replacement item will be offered to try and fill your original order, if stock availability prohibits this from happening then a full refund of the purchase price including postage will be issued. We apologise for any inconvenience. Please note, Nature Inspired only offers refunds on faulty manufactured items.

It is the customers responsibility to check over their purchase and notify Nature Inspired of any faults within 14 days of their purchase date. If a fault is found after this period your refund claim may not be accepted.

Please ensure you read the care instructions for your items. We cannot accept returns on mistreated items.

Nature Inspired does not accept refunds, returns or exchanges for items purchased on sale or on gift vouchers. 

Not what you were expecting? 

Nature Inspired accepts returns of unused merchandise within 14 days of receipt of purchase (for Australian customers only).

To return an item, please contact us at returns@natureinspired.au

Please post your return (as quickly as possible) using a reputable postage service and keep your tracking number handy. All items are your responsibility until they reach our head office. Please include your proof of purchase with your return.

Please note: All items must be returned UNUSED and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING for a refund to be processed. Shipping and handling will not be refunded.
